08 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

# How To:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheddar, Parmesan, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, chili flakes if using, and salt.
03 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface and evenly sprinkle the cheese and spice mixture across it.
