04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
06 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

01 - Line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth and lightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt blend onto the lined baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/3 inch (1 cm).
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest onto the berries as desired.
06 - Lightly press toppings into the yogurt to ensure adherence.
07 - Place uncovered in freezer for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift bark onto cutting board, and break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store frozen up to 2 weeks.
