# How To:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
03 - Arrange tomatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until soft, caramelized, and lightly blistered. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - While tomatoes are roasting, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor. Blend continuously until completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the bowl as necessary.
05 - Transfer the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
06 - Top the whipped feta with roasted cherry tomatoes and their pan juices. Garnish with torn basil leaves and drizzle with additional olive oil.
