# How To:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
02 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of butter and allow it to melt.
03 - Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, soaking for 10 to 15 seconds on each side. Let excess drip off.
04 - Place soaked bread slices on the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Work in batches, adding remaining butter as needed.
05 - Arrange the cooked slices on serving plates. Top generously with fresh berries, drizzle with maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
