# How To:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prepare a silicone mini muffin mold.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
03 - Gently fold the finely diced peach into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
04 - Drop heaping tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet or into the molds, forming approximately 20 bites.
05 - Optionally sprinkle with finely chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips for texture and flavor enhancement.
06 - Place the baking sheet or mold into the freezer and allow bites to freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
