01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz each)

→ Honey Mustard Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
04 - 3 tbsp honey
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - ½ tsp salt
09 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

10 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# How To:

01 - Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Generously spoon or brush the honey mustard glaze over the tops and sides of each salmon fillet to ensure full coverage.
05 - Broil the salmon for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, cooking to an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
