# How To:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil to simplify cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the bell peppers and red onion with olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes if using, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly across the prepared baking sheet, then nestle the Italian sausages among the vegetables.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25 to 30 minutes. Flip the sausages and stir the vegetables halfway through cooking. Roast until sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F and the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
