# What You'll Need:

03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon sugar

05 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 3/4 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
08 - 1/4 cup olive oil

# How To:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
03 - Stir in chopped rosemary and minced garlic until evenly distributed.
04 - Add milk and olive oil to the dry mixture and gently mix with a spatula until a soft dough forms. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick round disk.
06 - Transfer dough to the prepared baking sheet and score the top into 8 wedges using a sharp knife.
07 - Brush the surface with additional olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and extra rosemary if desired.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
09 - Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack, then cut into wedges and serve warm.
